This place has remained a consistently great spot for delicious Filipino baked goods. The staff is usually pleasant & helpful. It's always organized and clean. There are traditional items, as well as a variety of sweet or savory items with flavors that would appeal to anyone. Everyone loves you when you bring an easily recognizable box of senorita bread to a gathering. Our other favorites here are the tender, pillowy, filled malasadas & yummy filled roll ups.
We finally went to the Roseville location last month for the first time. We have been back to the Roseville location a few times now. Smells amazing when you walk in. We have arrived later in the afternoon each time. But they still have items in there cases. We usually go in for the Senorita bread. They serve it very hot ready to eat. We got a larger pack this time. The bread warms up nice in the microwave also the next day. We will be back.
All I can say is between the seniorita bread and malasadas, we were in total heaven. Wouldn't even know where to begin. Just go there and thank me later!
Another staple when we are in the areas as we are big time fans of Filipino bread. Their senoritas are deliciously sweet, soft, it feels like you are biting into a cloud full of yumminess however they are small and addicting so you could easily munch it up 3 or 4 in a blink of an eye . We have gotten a few other things like their pan de sal but we still like their senorita more and aside from the original one, we get Nutella and pineapple ones.
First time to try their Starbread. $3 for 5 pcs. They have other options too. From suman to ensaymada to croissant. Good variety to choose from. We like themThe staff was accommodating. Nice little stall. No chair. More on for to go. . We will have a repeat for sure.
The Starbread is amazing and you definitely cannot eat just one! It's soft and cushiony with a little sweet filling. Malasadas are good too, several to choose from with a variety of fillings. It's a challenge if you have a favorite as. Not all flavors are available daily. No matter how long the line is, the staff is well trained and the team is very helpful and efficient. This is just a counter service so no tables are available. There are other offerings of Filipino goodies which are hit or miss. We had the corned beef bun and it was just okay. The starbread is the most popular item and it is so worth it to come to this bakery! It's usually hot and fresh out of the oven!
Step into Starbread Bakery and prepare to be enchanted by the aroma of freshly baked delights wafting through the air. Among their many treasures, the Starbread also known as Señorita bread stands out as a true gem. The decadent, scrumptious bread rolls are truly in a league of their own. The bakery offers them in various quantities ranging from 5 to 60 pieces. But trust me, they start with 5 pieces but you'll find yourself getting the 30 piece box faster than you can eat. They are always fresh and ALWAYS delicious. If you're craving something sweet, give this place a try, you will not be disappointed.
OMG- while I ordered this via door dash, they came through excellently! We had some apple streusel and malasadas filled with different delicious fillings. I have been in star bread and it is a quaint and nice establishment. It's clear they work well with the delivery services because from order to delivery took about 15 min. Overall one of my favorite foods!
The bread is freshly make. 10 minutes wait time. The store is very small store so its mainly for order and to go. No seating inside. They have few other stuff u can take a look on the display also their fridge has some other items. Overall the bread is good. Hopefully they have a bigger store to expland and have some other options and dining area.
Yummy senorita bread and pastries. We haven't been here in a while but recently we stopped by. Lots of great munchies. We both liked the senorita bread. Husband likes the malasadas, I liked the siopao (in fridge section). I don't recommend the pineapple bread though. The bread tastes different than their other baked items, like it's more shelf stable or something. Took a bite and didn't finish.
